Fagor warewashers join Valera portfolio

Valera’s portfolio now includes high quality warewashers from Fagor with models ranging from undercounter glasswashers to the highest capacity pass through dishwashers. All the machines have a double skinned construction (reducing noise and saving energy) in high quality brushed stainless steel (AISI 304 18/10) making them ideal for front of house locations. The easy to use and maintain washers are economical in both water and power consumption and come ready for connection to the water and electrical services.

The sleek Amphora collection is available in five sizes ranging from 85cm to 250cm, with optional support cases and bar counters, both high and low. All counters can be fitted alongside the Valera E-Line serve over-range to offer a completely flexible and versatile layout with a configuration to suit all types of hospitality operation.

Choose from an extensive range of coloured lacquered finishes for the cabinets, each with a delicate sheen that highlights the curved counter front. Contrasting stainless steel front and side skirtings finish off the polished look. The attractive rear worktop is 20mm opaque glass with stainless steel supports.

The wide range of display cabinets in the Amphora collection includes chilled, dry heated and ambient options, all featuring the distinctive soft curves. Valera offers full range of Fagor equipment

The ‘Advance’generation of ovens is one of the largest on the market and comes in five different sizes and three different levels of performance: Advance Concept, Advance and Advance Plus.

Advance ovens are the ideal solution for those professionals who need an affordable oven, with advanced features, guaranteeing perfect cooking results, safety and efficiency. Advance Plus ovens are made for professionals who do not want to give up any functionality. They have the highest performance on the market, achieving a perfect balance between cooking quality, simplicity, efficiency and safety.

Independent and separated from the cooking chamber, the powerful steam generator of Advance ovens secures a continuous supply of fresh steam at all times, for perfect quality cooking and improving the juiciness of all food. JORDAO COUNTERS THE OPPOSITION WITH HELP FROM VALERA

Display equipment is a key part of Valera’s product portfolio and the company is proud to have the support of leading European manufacturer Jordao. From coffee shop and bakery display counters through to supermarkets and delicatessens, via bars and restaurants, the Jordao range is as comprehensive as it is reliable.

From the simplicity of practical units like the Delice counter, with its ultra modern straight glass, to more complex counters such as the stunning Amphora with its extensive range of coloured, lacquered finishes, each with a delicate sheen that highlights the curved counter front. And not forgetting the aesthetically beautiful Passion “Lux” with its choice of four wood finishes, granite or steel work tops, curved glass and spherical corners for a bespoke look that is bang up to date.

BUSINESS AS USUAL AT VALERA

Refrigeration and catering equipment specialist Valera, which recently became part of the Unitech Industries Group, retains a strong and familiar portfolio of industry-leading products to which it has recently added the full range of Fagor equipment.

Key personnel, including Managing Director Pratap Gadhvi, remain pivotal to the business which has relocated to a more central location in Banbury, Oxfordshire from where it is now able to offer next day delivery on all products. Aside from its location little has changed - existing discount structures still apply across the Valera range and dealers can still expect a great selection of products from well established names such as Jordao, Scaiola, Enofrigo and now Fagor.

The Fagor range, which will soon be available on Caterquotes, includes combi-ovens, warewashers and ECA approved refrigeration and was greeted with enthusiasm on the Valera stand at the recent Hospitality exhibition where it featured alongside Jordao and Scaiola products as well as Valera’s Budget line refrigeration range.

Valera has also recently confirmed an agreement with Sanyo that secures the provision of spare parts for Sanyo microwaves for a period of seven years as well as a partnership with First Choice Catering Spares which will become Valera’s new parts distributor.

The marketing team at Valera is currently working on a new catalogue which will be available in April and contain a host of new products including light duty refrigeration, glass door chillers, freezers and buffet displays in addition to a number of Jordao counter solutions that will be available on Caterquotes.
